The Ultimate Sacrifice: Honoring the Fallen Heroes

The Ultimate Sacrifice: Honoring the Fallen Heroes
The heart of a nation breaks as we receive the names of those who gave everything. The Pentagon has identified four of the six U.S. service members who lost their lives on March 1st during a devastating drone attack in Kuwait.

These are not just names on a list; they are the faces of bravery, the anchors of families, and the defenders of our freedom:
Capt. Cody A. Khork, 35 (Winter Haven, FL)
Sgt. 1st Class Noah L. Tietjens, 42 (Bellevue, NE)

Sgt. 1st Class Nicole M. Amor, 39 (White Bear Lake, MN)
Sgt. Declan J. Coady, 20 (West Des Moines, IA)

Assigned to the 103rd Sustainment Command, these Army Reserve Soldiers stood on the front lines so we wouldn’t have to. From a seasoned 42-year-old leader to a 20-year-old hero just beginning his journey, the cost of this conflict is etched in their sacrifice.

May their names be remembered. May their families find strength in the shadows. We stand in silence to honor the brave.
