A Small Step. A Giant Victory.

A Small Step. A Giant Victory.
Big news from Atlanta!   Four months after a traumatic brain injury changed his life, 2025 Daphne (AL) graduate Cleighton Strickland climbed into — and back out of — a vehicle on his own.

It may sound simple. But for Cleighton, it marks movement, progress, and hope. He’s preparing to transition to outpatient rehab at Shepherd Center on March 10, moving back home with his family.
His mom, Amy, shares that he’ll continue intensive therapy daily. There are still prayers needed — for walking, eating, strength in his right arm, tube removal, and cognitive healing.   But overall, he’s doing incredibly well.

This next step is huge. Doctors believe in him. His family believes in him.
Please send love and prayers to Cleighton, his family, and his girlfriend, Mary Claire McTaggert.
Every milestone matters. Every prayer counts.
