Born on Christmas Day, little Cutberto Jr. entered the world already in battle.  Diagnosed with kidney dysplasia, his tiny body has endured dialysis, surgeries, and endless hospital nights most adults couldn’t bear. Yet through it all, his spirit has never broken.

Now, after nearly two long years of waiting, he is finally next in line for a kidney transplant — a gift of hope his family has prayed for every single day.

As his third birthday approaches, it isn’t just a celebration of age — it’s a celebration of courage, faith, and the promise that one day he will run, laugh, and live freely.
