A Fourth of July Miracle

While fireworks lit up the sky over Los Angeles , another miracle was unfolding inside a hospital room. On Independence Day, Sara Kahen Gutovich and her husband Jay welcomed four tiny heartbeats into the world — two boys and two girls

After years of infertility, heartbreak, and quiet prayers , this pregnancy came as a shock — and a risk. Carrying quadruplets meant danger at every step. Doctors warned them. The odds were heavy. But Sara chose courage over fear.
