Phoenix Mother Gives Birth to Rare Naturally Conceived Quadruplets
A Phoenix woman has beaten incredible odds, giving birth to naturally conceived quadruplets—two boys and two girls—at Valleywise Health Medical Center.

Marquita Timmons welcomed her four tiny miracles via emergency C-section on November 25, 2024.  Tragically, one girl, MahoganiRose, passed away five days later, leaving a bittersweet chapter in this rare journey.
The odds of natural quadruplets? Just 1 in 571,787 — a true medical wonder!
The surviving trio—SyrBrank, MysterBo, and MaliyhaJean—were born weighing 1–3 pounds each and are thriving as fighters in the NICU.
On Christmas Day, they celebrated their one-month milestone, a powerful symbol of resilience and hope.

“They are tiny miracles,” a nurse shared. “Each day they grow stronger, each breath a victory.”
Despite heartbreak, Marquita remains hopeful for her little warriors.
