The Bryant quadruplets — Lainey, Kali, Lennon, and Koen — have made medical history!
Born at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, on May 31, 2024, at just 23 weeks + 4 days gestation (115 days premature), they are officially recognized by Guinness World Records as the most premature surviving quadruplets ever, shattering a record from 1997.

Over 30 specialists delivered them via emergency C-section in minutes:
Lainey at 2:15 a.m.
Kali at 2:16 a.m.
Lennon at 2:17 a.m.
Koen at 2:20 a.m.
Facing incredible odds, they received expert care in the Level IV RNICU under UAB’s Golden Week protocol. All four survived months of intensive support and went home by Christmas 2024.
A year later, on their first birthday (May 31, 2025), the family celebrated this miracle. “We came in with four, and we’re taking four home,” said mom Becca Bryant.

Today, the “Quads of Aubs” are thriving, hitting milestones with ongoing support. A testament to teamwork, resilience, and hope!
