Today Is My Birthday, Even If It Didn’t Go as Planned

Today is my birthday, but not everything went the way it was supposed to. There were no perfect moments, no carefully arranged plans, no story that unfolded exactly as imagined. And yet, today still matters.

Life rarely follows a script. Sometimes birthdays arrive quietly, wrapped in unexpected challenges, small disappointments, or moments that feel unfinished. But even when plans fall apart, the meaning of the day does not disappear. Being here, breathing, growing, and moving forward is already something worth honoring.
